Valentines Day Competition: Terms & Conditions
By entering this free prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. Only one entry per competition is allowed per entrant. If more than one entry is sent, only the first entry will be counted.
2. All entrants will automatically be added to the handmade burger Co. website to receive news & offers via email.
3. All entries will be submitted via the handmade burger Co. website only at http://handmadeburger.co.uk/get-in-touch/valentinesday/. By clicking the ‘submit’ button, your entry will be automatically be logged.
4. The prize draw will close on 10th February 2012. Any entries submitted after this date will not be counted.
5. One winner will win their perfect Valentines Day experience, which will be decided by handmade burger Co. handmade burger Co.’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. 12 runner-up winners will win a voucher for a meal for 2 at handmade burger Co. Which can be redeemed at any handmade burger Co. at any date or time of the winners’ convenience.
7. The winners will be selected at random from all entries sent between 24th January – 10th February 2012. The winners will be selected by an independent adjudicator.
8. The winner(s) will be notified by 11th February 2012. The winners will be contacted via email or telephone on 11th February.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for circumstances outside the company’s control, including any third parties ability to supply the prizes as published. No cash alternatives can be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
10. The Valentines competition is open to residents in the UK only, excluding employees or agents or representatives of handmade burger Co. & their immediate families.
11. Winners must agree to the publication of their name, photograph (if applicable) & home town to be used on the handmade burger Co. website, Facebook, Twitter pages or any publicity material produced.
12. Entry into the Valentines Day competition implies acceptance of these rules.
