The beef we source for our burgers is sourced from Aberdeenshire as we just love the distinctive flavour and quality of their Aberdeen Angus beef.
We champion the great Aberdeen Angus breed because it never fails to deliver on quality, taste and succulence – only the finest quality beef is used to create our delicious handmade burgers! Our beef is fully traceable and goes through five levels of quality control. It has taken our Master Butchers five years to be trained and this ensures that the beef used in our burgers is always to the highest quality and only the best cuts are used.
Once arriving at our restaurants the beef begins its journey to become one of our tasty burgers. Using our secret recipe our chefs lovingly create the delicious 100% prime scotch beef burgers you know and love.

With over 40 burgers to choose from on our menu, there is something for everyone. From the new peanut butter and bacon beef burger to the Hawaiian chicken burger we certainly have a range that is guaranteed to excite you. We also have a dedicated gluten free menu which is accredited by Coeliac UK and holds over 40 gluten free burgers which are served with their very own gluten free bun. Along with these great gluten free burgers we also have a selection of vegan burgers on our menu which are registered with the vegan society meaning that no-one will be left out in our restaurant.
