I have been with the company since 2006 pretty much since the start! I started out as a part-time waitress and worked my way up to Cluster Manager nearly 9/10 years later. I have seen many changes since day one and I love everything about handmade burger Co!

I joined HBC in March 2012 as a back of house team member. Throughout my time with HBC I’ve been able to progress moving to a Team Leader, then a Kitchen Manager and now I am Cluster Kitchen Manager for the East Midlands. I’ve worked all of over the UK, been given vast opportunities and met fantastic people along the way and my journey hasn’t stopped yet.
