Recently the Guardian ran an article about how to make the perfect chips, & guess what?…it is exactly how we make ours!

The piece highlights how Maris Pipers are the best potatoes for perfect chips. We agree – all of our chips are freshly peeled & cut in each restaurant daily from Maris Piper potatoes.

And according to David and Si the Hairy-Bikers double-frying is “the secret of good chips”, well we agree with that too! Our chips are fried twice, first to seal the flavour and make them fluffy, then again to give them chips a delicious golden crisp.

Our fresh cut chips are made from scratch for you to enjoy and we hope that you enjoy them as much as we love making them.

To read the Guardian article in full click here.

Made from rare-breed, free-range beef that has been marbled & slowly matured for at least 3 weeks, the Jimmy’s Farm burger is served with a delicious caramelised onion relish in our sour dough buns.

We’re so pleased to be working with Jimmy Doherty, currently hosting Jimmy’s Food Factory on BBC One, as we search all over the UK to find the best farmers to bring you the freshest and finest ingredients, and now we’re bringing to you the best rare-breed beef in the land.
